NDIS Services

Building digital confidence, one step at a time.

I’m Leigh-Chantelle, the person behind Digital Equilibrium. I’m an NDIS non-registered sole trader supporting participants to build digital skills, stay safer online, and feel more confident with the technology in their everyday lives.

I work with self-managed and plan-managed participants across Australia.

Who I work with

I work with NDIS participants who want to:

  • Get comfortable with their phone, tablet, or computer
  • Stay safer online and recognise scams
  • Connect with family, support workers, and services using email, video calls, or messaging
  • Understand AI and how to use it well
  • Use government services like myGov and My Health Record with confidence
  • Find reliable information during emergencies or disasters
  • Build healthier digital habits that fit their goals

I’m happy to work with you one-on-one or in small groups, in person or online — whichever works best for you and the people supporting you.

My Approach

The Digital Equilibrium Approach is about creating lifelong, healthy digital habits — not just learning how to tap a button. Every session I run focuses on Pause, Consider, Decide: noticing what’s in front of you, thinking about what it means, and choosing what to do next.

For NDIS participants, that means:

  • Plain-English explanations, paced to suit you
  • Clear, practical steps you can use straight away
  • Respect for what you already know and what you want to learn next
  • No judgement — you set the goals, I help you get there
NDIS support categories I work under

I deliver services under the following NDIS support classes:

Innovative Community Participation (0116)
Exploring new ways to participate in your community using technology and digital tools.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills (0117)
Building everyday digital skills like using devices, accessing services, and staying safe online.

Participation in Community, Social, and Civic Activities (0125)
Using digital tools to connect with people, services, and the wider community.

Group and Centre-Based Activities (0136)
Group workshops and learning sessions on digital topics.

If you’re not sure whether your NDIS plan covers what I offer, please get in touch and I’ll help you work it out, or you can ask your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.

How to Book

If you’re self-managed

Contact me directly. We’ll have a chat about what you’d like to work on, agree on a service and price, and get started.

If you’re plan-managed

Contact me and let me know who your Plan Manager is. I’ll send invoices directly to them after each session, and they’ll process payment from your plan.

If you’re agency-managed

As a non-registered provider, I’m not able to bill the NDIA directly. If you’re agency-managed and would still like to work with me, please speak with your Support Coordinator about your options.
